No, I didn't go into labor at Cozy Thai restaurant today, and I don't think I will before Wednesday. But I did talk to manager "B" when I went in for my final lunch "before baby" today, and she asked me for my information. "We want to send you some food at the hospital," she said. That rocks!! Let this be a lesson in customer loyalty.
On another note, I think I have the best girlfriends in the world. So many of you have taken time to call me, stop by, give "good luck" gifts, or take me to lunch and coffee over the past week that I feel completely spoiled. Thanks, ladies! I know after Wednesday all the attention will be on Baby McG (as it should be), and I have thoroughly enjoyed your thoughfulness.
Okay, just 34 more hours to go...

We will be thinking about you and praying for you tonight as you and Joe spend your last night together as a family of two and tomorrow morning as you experience the unbelievable joy of welcoming your precious child into the world. Remember that YOU are the mom and you are the boss. Trust your instincts. God has prepared you well for this journey. And tell the Thai place to wait until day 3 to send the food.
