Actually, it was none of the above! I talked to my nurse today and she said that breakfast before the test was fine, so it must just be me...

Not that I want to cause you and undue aggravation, but you'll most likely retake the test. You should before you take any meds. Hopefully it will resolve on it's own. Otherwise it could be a little dicey. ARrghhh. Just blame the fibroid. Stupid fibroid!
