Hey, check this out. My cousin, George Francisco, is a famous chef in Australia (he was pretty well-known in San Francisco, worked at Farralon, Stars for Jeremiah Tower, etc., before moving to Australia) and I have a magazine article to prove it. Actually, the crazy thing is that Joe and I were in the newsstand on Main and Chicago a few weeks ago and he just happened to be flipping through an Australian food magazine called Delicious. He flipped right open to this story about my cousin. How random is that?
